Name of the company in Shanghai FTZ:
Name of the company in Shanghai FTZ can not be repeated. The industry is related with the registered capital. You should prepare more than 3 names. The format of names: Shanghai+ word size+ industry +limited company, or Word size + Shanghai+ industry + limited company. E.g. Tannet group (Shanghai) limited company.
Registered capital:
The registered capital use subscribed capital system,the time to paid the registered capital can determined by the company themselves within the agreed time.If the registered capital not be paid within the prescribed time,the company will be bring into the exception list by the Industrial and commercial bureau,and the compnay will be given 3 years to publicity, if the registered capital not be paid after this 3 years,the company will be bring into the black list,and the government department will take appropriate measures.so please determine the company's registered capital according to your company's actual situation.there are special business in FTZ should be use registered capital paid up systerm,like financial company,financial leasing company,fund management company and so on.
Shareholder of the company:
One or more than one 18 years old foreign natural or legal persons.
Registered in FTZ is devided into:
Examination and approval system and Filing system,examination and approval system is suitable for the company which out of negative list,there is no need to handle the certificate of approval,but there are 190 industries are bring into special administration need to be approvable,the certificate of approval should be applied for at Foreign Trade & Economy Commission.providing the website of FTZ for your reference to the negative list.

I. Investing as a foreign corporate:
(1) 5 company names at least;
(2) 2 original Notarization of the business license or certificate of incorporation of the parent company（It should be notarized by domestic notarization Department and endorsed by local China Embassy）;
(3) 1 original bank reference letter（It is opened from investor's bank, the deposit money is not less than the registered capital in China, issued within 6 months in both English and Chinese version）;
(4) Recent 1 year Audit report from foreign investing company;
(5) Registered capital , proportion of investment and business scope;
(6) Three photos of Legal Representative, the copy passport of Legal Representative;
(7) M&A and Feasibility Study Report (Tannet provides with standard template);
(8) A set of documents require for investors and Shanghai legal representative’s signatures (Tannet provides);
(9) Contract of rent
Manufacturing enterprise：original Contract of rent in triplicate，3 copies of house-owner certificate（The house should be rent in the name of the investor or the company, more than 200 square meters // Lease period :more than one year // Use for the plant）;
Non-production enterprise：original Contract of rent in triplicate，3 copies of house-owner certificate（The house should be rent in the name of the investor or the company, more than 30 square meters // Lease period: more than one year // Use for office or business）;
II. Investing as natural persons:
(1) 5 company names at least;
(2) Providing investors’ passport（It should be notarized by domestic notarization Department and endorsed by local China Embassy）;
(3) 1 original bank reference letter（It is opened from investor's bank, the deposit money is not less than the registered capital in China, issued within 6 months in both English and Chinese version）;
